Account deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of a HealthConnect account and what happens after a request is submitted.

Request deletion inside the app

Open the HealthConnect app, sign in to your account, and use the account settings/deletion option to submit a deletion request.

Request deletion by email

Send your request to contact@healthingconnect.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

Do not send medical or sensitive health information unless required for identity verification.

Data that may be deleted

  • Account profile data.
  • Appointment and waitlist history tied to your account where eligible.
  • In-app content and preferences associated with your account, subject to system constraints.

Data that may be retained

  • Records required for legal, regulatory, anti-fraud, or security purposes.
  • Operational logs required for incident investigation and platform integrity.
  • De-identified or aggregated data that no longer directly identifies you.

Processing timeline

We usually process account deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request.

Some requests may require additional review depending on legal and security obligations.

Identity verification

Before completing deletion, HealthConnect may require identity verification to protect account owners from unauthorized requests.
