Important service model
HealthConnect is completely free for patients, with no hidden costs from HealthConnect. Professionals and clinics can access their accounts anytime. Visit capacity packs, when used, relate to professional or clinic use of active visit-request capacity inside HealthConnect.
HealthConnect does not control separate healthcare provider fees, clinic charges, insurance obligations, or third-party costs that may exist outside the HealthConnect app.
What information we collect
We collect only the minimum information needed to keep your account secure, make the app work correctly, provide support, and protect the service from misuse.
- Basic account information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and login details.
- Role and profile information needed to show the correct Patient, Professional, or Clinic experience.
- Support or contact details you choose to send to HealthConnect.
- Basic technical, session, device, and security information used for authentication, reliability, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

We use this information to manage accounts, keep the app working, provide support, prevent misuse, improve reliability, and protect HealthConnect from security risks.
Anonymous website statistics
HealthConnect may collect anonymous website interaction statistics such as profile views and app-opening clicks to help professionals understand profile visibility. These statistics do not include patient medical information.
Patient information and no hidden costs
HealthConnect is completely free for patients, with no hidden costs from HealthConnect. We do not use patient account information to create hidden charges.
Professional and clinic information
Professional and clinic account information is used to keep accounts accessible, secure, and working correctly. Visit capacity information, when applicable, is used only to support professional or clinic access to active visit-request capacity.
Limited sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information only when needed to operate, secure, support, or maintain HealthConnect, or when required by law.
Sensitive information
Please do not include sensitive medical details in general contact, feedback, or support messages unless necessary for support.
No emergency use
HealthConnect is not an emergency service. Do not use HealthConnect for urgent or emergency medical situations. If you need emergency help, contact local emergency services immediately.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal or security obligations, support account deletion workflows, and protect platform integrity. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable requirements.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion in the app or through the public deletion process described on Account deletion. Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
