About HealthConnect

HealthConnect is a mobile-first service that helps patients request appointments, join waitlists, respond to earlier slot offers, and follow request status. It also helps professionals and clinics manage availability, review patient demand, and organize appointment and waitlist workflows.

Patient access

HealthConnect is completely free for patients, with no hidden costs from HealthConnect for creating an account, requesting appointments, joining waitlists, responding to earlier slot offers, or following request status inside the mobile app.

HealthConnect does not control any separate healthcare provider fees, clinical charges, insurance obligations, or third-party costs that may apply outside the app or as part of healthcare services delivered by a professional or clinic.

Professional and clinic access

Professionals and clinics may create and access their HealthConnect accounts. Account access itself is not restricted only because a professional or clinic does not have active visit capacity.

Visit capacity packs are used when professionals or clinics want to receive, manage, or use active patient visit requests through HealthConnect. The availability, scope, and rules of visit capacity may be updated over time.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your login credentials, using the correct role account, and using HealthConnect lawfully and responsibly.

You should not share your account with others, impersonate another person or organization, misuse professional access, or submit false, abusive, misleading, or unlawful information.

Patient use

Patients can use HealthConnect to request visits, join waitlists, respond to earlier slot offers, and track request status from the mobile app.

Professional use

Professionals can manage availability, review incoming requests, confirm or reject requests, cancel requests when appropriate, complete appointment workflows, and manage waitlist follow-up.

Appointment requests and confirmations

Appointment requests are subject to professional or clinic review. A request is not guaranteed and is not confirmed until the professional or healthcare team accepts it and confirms availability.

HealthConnect does not guarantee that a requested time, earlier slot, waitlist opportunity, professional, clinic, or healthcare service will be available.

Waitlists and earlier slot offers

Patients may join waitlists and may receive earlier slot offers when availability changes. Waitlist position, offer availability, response windows, and final outcomes depend on professional review, clinic workflow, availability, and app rules.

An earlier slot offer does not automatically create a confirmed appointment unless the applicable workflow is completed and the professional or healthcare team confirms it.

No emergency use

HealthConnect is not an emergency service. Do not use HealthConnect for urgent or emergency medical situations. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.

No medical advice by the app

HealthConnect provides appointment access, waitlist, request review, and communication workflow tools. The app itself does not provide diagnosis, treatment, clinical triage, medical advice, or emergency response.

Any medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision must come from a qualified healthcare professional, not from HealthConnect itself.

User content and feedback

You are responsible for the information you submit through HealthConnect. Only provide information that is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the purpose of the request.

You may send general feedback through the app or by contacting HealthConnect. Please do not include emergency, medical, or sensitive health information in feedback messages or general contact forms.

Privacy and data handling

Your use of HealthConnect is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the types of information HealthConnect may process and how privacy-related requests can be made.

Availability and changes

We may update, maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of HealthConnect over time. Features, workflows, eligibility rules, and visit capacity behavior may change as the service evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, HealthConnect is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, appointment availability, provider availability, or specific healthcare outcomes.

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts for misuse, security concerns, policy violations, unlawful activity, inaccurate information, abuse of workflows, or legal and operational requirements.
